Where rainforest and rice terraces meet, for unique scenic experience. This tour explores the foothills of spectacular Rinjani volcano in Lombok’s northern district of Bayan. Senaru Village, a cool, flower-filled mountain village stretching along a hillside spur above Bayan, Northern Lombok. This tour involve knowledgeable local woman guide from Senaru, starting near the border of Gunung Rinjani National Park, your route follow old pathways amongst shady bamboo groves and village gardens before entering a wide, open landscape of rice terraces and palms.

The Itinerary

08.00 – 08.30 am: Pick up From Hotel – Senaru  Meet with our Driver at Hotel’s Lobby or Bangsal harbor, smooth drive to Senaru for approx 2 hours   10.30 – 11.00 am: Senaru – Traditional Village – Waterfall Arrival at Senaru, meet our local guide, take a rest and get some short briefing from our local guide and get prepared. Following a winding irrigation channel you reach the lush rainforest of the famous Sendang Gila Waterfall Reserve. Along the way, discover tropical plants as your guide explains how the local people make practical use of them.   Your guide will point out things of interest along the way, and carry snacks & coffee for you to have at leisure by the waterfalls. Passing small hamlets where age-old traditions are practiced, you will gain insight into the colorful village life of the Sasak.   There is always something interesting happening here as you meet local people and admire traditional houses along the way.   Make sure you bring your camera-the views are simply spectacular!   Each turn of the track offers new vistas as finally Rinjani-the sacred mountain of the Sasak people-emerges majestically above rice terraces and rainforest. This natural and cultural diversity makes the Panorama Walk an unforgettable Lombok experience.

All the booking should be made at least 3 days in advanced. A minimum of 20% deposit from the total cost is required to secure the booking and the remaining balance to be paid by cash upon meet up with our guide/crew. Full refunds will be issued for cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the activity Cancellation made in within 24 hours or in the even of “no show”, no refund will be released. Online payment via “Paypal” will be added 3,9% processing fee Last minutes booking can be made via Whatsapp (WA) Minimum participant age: 10 years old Wear robust and comfortable shoes, this trail which can be rocky at times. Surcharges may apply beyond the mentioned areas. The operator may cancel the tour in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to request a full refund or to reschedule your tour.

Pick Up & Drop Off Information

Free pick up and drop off services are available for: Mataram, Senggigi, Mangsit, Klui, Bangsal and Teluk Nare Additional surcharge will apply for pick up or drop off services outside the above mentioned area (paid directly to the driver). Operator will confirm the amount of surcharge at least 24 hours prior to the start of your activity Pick up time: 08:00 am – 8:30 am Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time The driver will wait for up to 20 minutes. If you do not show up, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued.
